No. Anyone can run free scans from the homepage. Creating a free account adds cross-device scan history, and paid plans unlock the AI SEO Growth Engine, the AI Backlink Authority Engine, white-label reports, monitoring, scheduled reports, and higher scan limits.

How many free scans do I get?

The free plan includes 3 scans per day. Paid plans raise this substantially — from 100 scans/month on Starter up to 2,800 scans/month on Agency — and you can buy one-time scan packs any time you need more.

Free, Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), Studio ($149/mo), and Agency ($299/mo). Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing gives you two months free. You can compare everything on the pricing section of the homepage.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed once for ten months' worth of the monthly price — so you effectively get two months free compared to paying monthly. Your plan renews automatically each year unless you cancel.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Account settings → Manage billing (or the Manage billing link in the account menu). This launches the secure Stripe billing portal in a new tab where you can switch plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you paid for.

Will I be double-charged if I upgrade?

No. We keep a single subscription per account. If you already have an active plan, the app routes any change through the billing portal, which prorates the difference instead of starting a second subscription.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — checkout and the billing portal are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn't working as promised, contact us and we'll make it right. Because plans can be cancelled any time and downgrades keep access through the period you already paid for, most billing questions are resolved through the billing portal. For anything else, reach out via the contact page.

Where can I see my subscription status?

Go to Account settings. Your current plan, status (Active, Trialing, Payment past due, or Canceling), and your next renewal or access-end date are shown in the Subscription section.

What does "Active" mean?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription is paid and current. You have full access to every feature included in your plan, and it will renew automatically on the date shown.

What does "Payment past due" mean?

Your most recent payment didn't go through. We don't cut off your access right away — Stripe automatically retries the charge over several days. Update your card in the billing portal to clear it. If all retries fail, the subscription is canceled and your account returns to the free plan.

What does "Canceling" mean? Do I lose access immediately?

It means you've cancelled but you're still inside the period you already paid for. You keep full premium access until the access-end date shown on your account, after which the plan won't renew and you return to the free plan. You can resubscribe any time.

I paid but my plan hasn't updated — what do I do?

Activation is automatic and usually instant, but it can take a moment for the payment confirmation to land. Refresh the page or revisit Account settings. If your plan still doesn't reflect the purchase after a few minutes, contact us with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.

What happens when I hit my scan limit?

Scans (and other AI actions) draw from your plan's monthly budget. When you reach the cap you can buy a one-time scan pack from the Usage page to keep going without upgrading — your budget resets at the start of each billing period.

Yes. Studio and Agency add white-label PDF reports branded with your logo and colors, client workspaces, batch CSV scans, and API access — built for consultants and agencies managing multiple clients.

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. We email you a secure link to set a new password. You can also change your password any time from Account settings → Security.

How do I change my email address?

In Account settings → Security, enter your new email and we'll send a confirmation link to that address. The change takes effect once you confirm it from the new inbox.
